Yasmeen Engelbrecht grew up in South Africa and studied at New York University and the New York Psychoanalytic Institute. She started her career as a rapper and then spent 18 years in the corporate world. She now spends her time consulting for global firms while living and teaching her system around the world. Yasmeen teaches yoga and meditation in her spare time.
